Its strange you asy that for I look at my cakes and think ..hmmmmm okay...I look at the ones here and think they are brill love the chocolate wedding cakes the cigerellos things look fab..also really like the snow white and the dwarves..that would set me in a panic if I was asked for that one...
Maybe Alison if you get a chance later you could post the gnome one up and the teddies and father xmas they have all been hand modelled no moulds used but there is still much room for improvement..I will help out any way I can if people want lessons and advice..but please note I am only self taught and still got lots to learn myself...
But happy to help if I can..
Must go...got breakfast to do and I have still got to finish this princess doll cake.....

There you go........hope some of these help..the princess castle is very popular witht he girls..a book book I found for quick and basic modelling where some of these desiagns have come from is Carol Deacon no time party cakes..like the way she calls them no time..more like alot of time...

here are some sugar flowers..just basic ones on no wires..done in a yellow paste and tinted with pink dust....... Hope this might help when you have any questions about sugar roses etc..

Again very basic cake...with piping..can be done with any small nozzle 0, 1 , or 2..
