My favourite things are my clay gun/sugar shaper, my icing sugar shaker, my smoothers, my 'golden ginger' dust, and I like my plunge daisy cutters too. I guess my paintbrushes are pretyt important too - particularly one little fine one and one massive blusher brush one.

Where did you get your big blusher one from..is it a normal makeup brush or a special one for sugar...cos I want one of those.....was thinking about maybe trying to use one for my undersea castle I am doing for theis weekend...got a pale colour on the turrets but thogh about lifting the colour to go darker on the bottom by using a big brush..but I havent got one.......also do you use it dry or with liquid

My non-stick board and rolling pin, balltool and high density foam for making flowers - oh, and my Gum trag or tylo powder for making up both edible glue and flowerpaste. The facial sauna is working a treat for steaming my dusted flowers and petals, and my little bottle of tequila for mixing dusts into paint, and for doing lettering - my tappit sets, and my polishers, and etc.etc.etc. the list just goes on and on, but I would say these are the most used items in my kit box - and of course, the tilting turntable which I bought from Alison's shop and was introduced into this site. I've still to try out the pasta maker for rolling the paste and will give you an update in a couple of weeks.

The blusher brush is just a make-up brush - very very cheap, but wouldn't be without it. I use the dust dry BUT the sugarpaste has to be fresh - if the sugarpaste is left to dry out then the dust doesn't stick at all.
Golden ginger is the very best gold colour I've ever used - actually looks like gold. Something edables (their spelling not mine!) makes it - they mkake loads of petal dusts etc and I think golden ginger has a lilac lid. Gorgeous stuff.
