Rach
All the best tomorrow - I'm sure it will be successful - and who knows where this will lead to. Try and get someone lined up to take the photos; you'll be too busy. What type of event is it?
Regards
Marjorie

Good luck Rach, you know it WILL be fine and if you weren't nervous that would be weird. It shows you take your work and reputation seriously which has to be a good thing. Let us all know how it goes!

How long does it take to do a face anyway? and, if you don't mind me asking, are you charging per face, or as this is a corporate thing, are they paying you a one-off fee? Bet there's some battles at night to get kids to wash it off!

it varys on wot the kids want whether its a temp tattoo or cheek art or full face.....usually about 10 faces per hour can be more or less depending on wot the kids wnat. I usually charge £30 per hour but I am doing this corporate one for £25.00 so £100 maybe more if i stay longer..... At some events you do per per face and you judge it really between £2.50 -£3.00 per face

very well thanks...ended up painting nonstop with out a break for 6 hours..but got 150 for it all the kids loved the painting and the tatoos and had to paint the staff aswell.....feel I now need to up my game with different more improved faces like roses instead of the 5 petal flower and try and change to a different cat etc.....this is so i feel I am improving on myself.....had no complaints from kids or the people who hired me..they kept me well watered with drinks etc..would have had lunch but cos i had a steady flow of kids just kept going..I wasnt rushed which was nice so just got on with it..painting outside right on the seafront ...lovely bit windy though...
The mums all loved the glitters and the face paints cos they are beautiful...and quite a few people took my number to buy and to hire me ...so a good day...but very tired...
