Hi there! I've a panic on my hands-I am making a 4 tier( each tier different as requested by bride)and number three tier is carrot cake. Does anyone out there have any idea how cream cheese icing will react to sitting out on display for wedding duration! I must admit-I'm a little concerned the icing will start to slide over tier 2 and 1!Any ideas? Thankyou!

I have added white chocolate instant pudding and it was okay. also could be piped into borders etc
