I have seen on ebay recently a lot of tins with no bottoms? i was tempted to buy one a petal shape as i would love that shape to try but even if they have a tray for underneath how do you get the complete cake? and how do you line it etc........... thankyou

as far as i am awar you put onto a baking sheet then fully line with greaseproof paper..I am afriad I have never used them..so not 100% sure if thats correct...
Maybe someone else might confirm if thats correct or not....

Thanks ladies, i think i will just hold out for a petal tin with a bottom in it. i do not feel that adventurous with the parchment.
