I would just like to say I have a copy of Lindy Smith New book..called party animal cakes.....
It is great......there are 15 animal cakes in there from large to small..a beautiful cat ..amazing tiger..elephant etc..
Well worth getting..off to have a good read now..while my minnie mouse cake is cooling ;D

Make us jealous why don't you!!! lol. I'm toying with the idea of getting her other book, the parcel cake one, but there's also another lady called Karen Goble who has a book i'd like to get. The only thing is that i haven't seen inside the book, only the cover. I don't want to order 2 from Amazon and then have to return one.

oh dont know about hte Karen Goble.....but Lindy Smith celebrate with a cake book is brillant...have you not thought about joining the The Craft Club....thats what i did got my intoductory book really cheap..and then you have to buy one book every month I think for a minimum of six months......still at a lower price..I did that and canx straight after the six months so got a nice lot of books

you actually call them 0870 4422123 or if you get the cakes and sugarcraft magazine from squires..on the back page there is the info number and a coupon....you pick your books and you get a free gift and three books each for a couple of quid..they have celebrate with a cake for £4.50 ..spectaculare cakes for £6.50..magical cakes for £3.75 etc...and you get a free mutli ribbon cutter also there are tool boxes alpahabt cutters ..turnables etc..

I've seen that Rach on the magazine i've got now but i just wondered how expensive the books are after the first lot you buy. Might do it eventually though!

they are still cheaper by sometimes 50% but ususally 25% sometimes less.......... then you do have to pay for postage......
I did it to get my stocks up and I got some great books but I did canx as soon as the 6 months minimum was up....
