I've heard of people using a pricing matrix to help them price up how much a cake costs to make. Does anyone know how to do this or, even better, does anyone have one? If not I'll make one on EXCEL and post it here.

i wish i had one as i guess too. some people ask for smaller cakes but with a modelled figure on top. It takes just about the same amount of work for a bigger cake but how much do you charge?

it is very hard..I am modelling a clown at the mo...not having much luck but gotta get it done cos so busy with all the stuff for the school fete on Sunday that if I dont finish this novelty cake by Wednesday I am going to be really stuck....and not in the right frame of mind at the mo....
Oh well I think I will have some lunch and try and get on......
