inspiration needed this evening

i have just been aked to work my magic on a cake, by tommorow.
it was going to be a bought phtoto cake being picked up today but to cut a long story short the machein in now not working and we have been given the cake free. Now this cake is simply iced in white fondant and i need to work my magic as they put it tommorw mornig before our boss comes in to work. i cant think of anything quick i can do, whoops should have said it for a male, whos 40 and my boss. mihgt simply cut out happy birthday but need that somethig extra, but ovousliy my roses are not going to suit the gentlemen,

anybody got an prevoius experince of making a cake for a male to possiobly give me an idea

ok was a very last minate attempt,
i managed in the end to find a image of a alteleth in one of my book, so i modled a figure of a man in sort and vest top, cut out some happy birthday lettering and simply placed an ordinary photo of him on the top, very last minute but it still llook very good and he like it so that was good.
