Hi folks.
All of my truffles are handmade and I pipe them using a large piping bag.
Unfortunately I am starting to get RSI from making so much.
I need a large capacity icing gun but can't find one anywhere.
Can anyone help please?

I havent seen one myself..but will have a look around if I find anythignI will let u know..Must admit all the ones I have seen would be too small for you..dont think they would make them in the size u require but you never know..
By the way your truffles look yummy..good luck with your business..you are going to be truffled out..I have had a very busy October and I feel caked out at the mo...give me a week and I will be back for more......Quite tempted with those truffle cakes you do...but my waist line wouldnt thank me....

Just been on the phone to my mate - he's an engineer in a steel company.
He has made it his new project - gonna try and make me one from scratch!
Should be interesting.:-)
Trust me on the fudgecakes, words can't describe how good they are.
