Hi all, long time no seen...Been busy with work plus into my second module of the PME professional diploma. I need the recipe of a 12 and 14 inch cake please. If anyone could help, i'v looked high and low on the net but to no avail. Hoping one of you lovely ppl will be able to help.

I would tenbd to go for a 12 and 14 egg mixture and just fill your pans up so 12 egg double your flour, eggs, sugar so 1 pound 8 oz of each ..and do the same for the 14..you can increase and decrease as much as you like ....if you manke too much mixture just throw away or make up some fairy cakes for yourself...
