Hi, i have seen somewhere on the site that reads you cover the sponge in sugar syrup or something, i think it was rach posted it a while agio, just wondered if you could tell me please where to find it or what is it, thanks

it sugar syrup which you put inside the sponge before buttercreaming it together...so slice cake open brush with syrup ..poop on buttercream and tehn pop the top layer back on..do not saturate it just a good all over brush..
its 150 ml water to 4 oz of caster sugar..this will do a couple of cakes ..disolve it all together bring to boil and then simmer for a couple of mins and then let it cool..then use
